I was surprised to find out that I hadn’t praised this salad in this blog. I was so sure I had. Well, I’m sharing a video featuring this salad right now. This is one of our favorite in-house salads made at our local Costco. Please grab one if you see it at Costco. Otherwise, here are the ingredients & instructions so you can make it at home. It’s delicious!
I love food. I love talking about it, creating wonderful dishes, and feeding people. The kitchen is my happy place and I love conducting experiments there, whether the dishes are savory or sweet. I like to blog about it when I have time, in hopes that I might help or inspire others. I don't consider myself a food snob, though I am picky about how certain meals are prepared. I'm happy with a simple meal at home, like beans and cornbread, as well as a meal in a fine-dining establishment (and everything in between). Costco's in-house salads are underrated, so a copycat version of their spinach salad is very welcome! Do you know if the original uses a poppy seed or a sweet onion dressing? I love making deli-style salads at home so I can adjust the sweetness — thanks for breaking this one down.
